Outdoor sporting events can be some of the most exciting to attend. We assure you that our LED video scoreboards will make that experience even better. Capturion has selected Nichia's GS Series Discrete Diodes of all outdoor applications. Capturion also has the capability of using Cree's High Brightness discrete diodes if the customer is interested in a cost savings. We also have full lines of custom outdoor LED products such as: LED strips, and LED pucks.
Outdoor Diodes:
Our outdoor module is designed to provide the best performance and serviceability. We have designed Two tiles:
A. Delta Pixel Design
B. Quad Pixel Design
This allows the customer options when choosing a tile design.
Pixel Configuration:
We can build either a "Delta" pixel or a "Quad" pixel. Each pixel is shaded with a louver over each set of diodes. This provides for shading from the sun and from the elements.
Serviceability:
The entire module can be removed from the display cabinet from either the Front or Rear using a simple hex wrench. The power can be removed quickly and easily using the DC power quick disconnect. Each module is well protected by a large gasket. This keeps water from intruding. If the gasket fails, the module printed circuit boards are offset within the module to protect it from water. Each module is conformal coated to help protect the internal components.
